Papier mache, screen-printed vellum, ink, wax, raw pigment, dressmaker's pins, vintage three-legged seat (6'x3'x2.5'), 2015.

This work was included in Pop Up Downtown, a temporary public art installation series held in underused urban spaces in the heart of Regina. The piece addresses the thematic focus of absence/presence in a figure that is both beautiful and ugly, transcendent and earthly. She perches in the window, elegant in her way, gracelessly dreaming of flight.
